Alumina plant responsible for 2010 toxic sludge spill, says parlt
Hungary's parliament on Monday adopted a decree on the responsibility of alumina factory Mal for a red sludge spill from one of its reservoirs which killed ten people and destroyed hundreds of homes in western Hungary in October 2010.
