Hungary needs economic-policy change to ramp up lending, says Simor
Ramping up lending in Hungary won't happen solely by strengthening institutional financial guarantees, Andras Simor, governor of the central bank, said in a radio interview on Thursday. For lending to pick up, a complete change of economic policy is needed, he said.
