Varga calls banks' FX borrowers proposal basis for negotiations
Economy Minister Mihaly Varga said on Tuesday that a proposal by the Hungarian Banking Association on assistance for borrowers with foreign currency-denominated mortgages could serve as the basis for negotiations.
